  1. Why have a bag wardrobe/storage space?

We advise if you can to always keep your item/clothing category separate from each other. Whether it be clothing from shoes, handbags/bags from accessories, this will help you to properly organise and store away your items efficiently. The other benefit is that because everything is on display it will also be easier for you to find and pick what you want easily.

  2. What are the benefits of such?

As above mentioned, some of the benefits are efficiency, organisation, and of course for overall aesthetic. We assume you would like for your wardrobe to stay your dream wardrobe for as long as possible, with eventual changes. As our creator Melody has found out through her retail experience that many clients would always come to store reporting similar or same problems - sometimes not always down to a manufacturing fault - but in fact with the way the bag has been stored. With storing your bag in dim lighted area and without a dust bag - it will stop discolouration, rusting and potential moulding.

  3. Where can I purchase wardrobe storage?

Though closet storages are easy to purchase, you may find that you don’t always find what you are specifically looking for. For those with a budget in mind and would rather have something put together already, we advise that you look at companies such as Wayfair, Ikea, John Lewis etc. plus plenty more. If you are on the other spectrum in regards to budget we recommend companies that you are able to build with from scratch in order to achieve this, these companies include Ikea, Hammonds, The Heritage Wardrobe Co. plus many more. Either way if you are stuck on ideas as to how you would want your wardrobe to look, you can contact us directly to assist you with your wardrobe journey.

  4. How should I store them?

The best practices that are advised is never to leave your bag in a dust bag because of the metalling attributes that come on the bag this can lead to rusting over time if the bag does not get aired enough. In most cases, because the bag(s) get forgotten about, it will worsen over time along with the potential of the bag receiving slight mould. Always avoid placing your bags in a bright lighted area especially under bright artificial lighting - this will assure that the bag does not get discoloured. In order for the bag to keep its shape, always make sure to stuff your bags with it’s original packaging at all times.

  5. How should I organise my bags?

Imagine walking in a luxury store/department store and you see how the bags are placed and wanting that in your home, that would be the best way in advising as to how you should organise your bags. Never should you squeeze the bags together per compartment, try to have a maximum (depending on your storage space) of 3 per compartment. This will avoid colour transfer as well as bags losing their shape. Organise your bags from rarely being used to regularly being used. However, bare in mind to try and have a rotation of placement every now again to avoid dust and slight discolouration. When thinking about your bag storage space do not forget that you have draws to put your clutches and small crossbody bags in - again imagine your bag storage as a luxury store.
