We do not offer returns or refunds as we are not affiliated with any of the brands that we stock. All items are purchased either from the boutique or from trusted resellers. Not offering returns or refunds does not constitute you of your lawful rights.

Any transactions made through Visa/Credit card will be issued a full refund. Any transactions made through Paypal will only be subjected to a partial refund.

This means that you will not receive the full amount of purchased item due to the fact that PayPal does not refund any processing fees from seller to buyer.

Additionally, all prices include an extra 3%-7% for transactions fees dependant on your method of payment.

Any purchases above the amount of £6,000 will be subjected to a bank transfer. We will inform you of this upon confirmation of received sale(s)

All items provided on the website are all authentic. All items come full set which means you will either get an invoice or receipt of proof of purchase, along with its original packaging, and in the condition as described.

We are also happy to go through a trusted party for any authentication service requested and/or provide a certificate for any items already authenticated.

Due to the fact these items are hard to get and we are not stockists, there are items we have to source from other boutiques or trusted sources.

There is a requirement of a 10% deposit for any items that need sourcing. If we are unable to source your item within 2 weeks or you cancel your request, you will have your deposit refunded. Please be advised that there is a lot of effort going into sourcing your item(s) and this is why we respectfully ask for a deposit.

Be advised that when you checkout and fill in the form with discount code you will be notified of the remainder of payment via email or WhatsApp once your item has been found.

For Chypre Sandals, price varies as shown between £1,150 - £1,350 depending on size and including delivery. The reason why the payment varies is dependent on the size and location. The same will go for any enquired items.

You have the options of Apple Pay, PayPal, Debit/Credit card and Bank Transfer on higher value items.

Unless stated, all items are final price.

Yes all items are inclusive of VAT/Tax within the U.K. and excluded outside of the U.K.
